1. Services to be performed. MSK agrees to perform the following:

Electric Golf Car Gas Golf Car

New spark plugs, filters, batteries & parts will be an extra charge. MSK is not responsible for battery damage to either gas or electric golf car over the winter due to age or weakened condition.

• Time for Storage October 2007 –May 15, 2008 • Payment Client agrees to pay $190 for all services listed at the time of drop-off at MSK. Fall pick up & spring delivery charge is $20. • Insurance Client agrees to maintain insurance on golf car. MSK is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft or acts of nature. • Accessories Discount MSK will offer Client a 10% discount on any accessories ordered and paid for by Dec. 1, 2007. • Winter Retrieval Option Client agrees to pay $25 to obtain use of the golf car throughout the winter. Please call ahead if possible to make sure access is granted. • Year Around Storage $300 fee includes unlimited access to the golf car. Services listed will be performed once during the year. • Pick up Next Spring Client agrees to give 1 week notice of pick up in the spring
